Role Overview

As a BDR/SDR at The Apricity Group, you will be at the forefront of our growth efforts. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, creating a strong foundation for our sales team to close deals. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in business development, sales, and client engagement with a company that values initiative and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and reach out to prospective clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Generate qualified leads and set up discovery meetings for the sales team.

  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns.

  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate The Apricity Group’s value proposition.

  • Track and report on KPIs, including outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.

  • Continuously learn about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a client-facing role (preferred but not required).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed targets.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
