We’re expanding our Rocketlane PSA Implementation Practice and are looking for an Implementation Consultant to help deliver results!
Role Overview
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead hands-on delivery of Rocketlane PSA implementations for multiple customers across industries. You will own discovery, configuration, workflow design, integrations, testing, and go-live execution with a strong consultative voice.
You won’t just “take requirements.” You will guide customers toward best practices, challenge suboptimal processes, and help them modernize how they run Professional Services. You will translate real-world business problems into scalable Rocketlane solutions that drive measurable outcomes fast.
This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role designed for people who enjoy solving complex workflow challenges, working directly in systems, and using automation and AI to deliver faster, smarter implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Own configuration and delivery workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle (discovery → design → build → test → go-live → adoption)
Lead requirements workshops and translate business workflows into Rocketlane configurations
Configure projects, templates, resource management, financials, automations, and reporting
Guide customers toward Rocketlane and Professional Services best practices, even when it requires pushing back or reframing requirements
Support integrations with CRM, finance, HR, and PSA ecosystems
Partner with Solution Architects on solution design and technical decisions
Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scope, timelines, and risks
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
Deliver admin and end-user training
Document configurations, decisions, and delivery standards
Use AI tools, automations, and reusable assets to improve speed and quality of delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders throughout onboarding and adoption

Qualifications
Must Have Skills
Implementation Expertise
3–5+ years in SaaS implementations, onboarding, or technical consulting
Experience configuring SaaS platforms or business systems
Strong discovery and requirements translation skills
Comfortable owning workstreams independently with minimal supervision
Technical & Systems Skills
Understanding of SaaS concepts (data models, permissions, workflows, automation)
Experience supporting integrations or working with APIs/webhooks
Comfortable using tools like Workato, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
Ability to troubleshoot configuration and data issues
Consultative & Communication Skills
Ability to advise customers on best practices (not just take orders)
Comfortable facilitating workshops and training sessions
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences

Role Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will design and lead scalable Rocketlane PSA solutions for enterprise and growth-stage customers. You will translate complex business needs into clean system architecture, integration patterns, and implementation blueprints that drive measurable outcomes.
You’ll run discovery and design workshops, whiteboard future-state processes, architect integrations, and guide delivery teams through configuration and technical execution. This role blends customer-facing consulting with deep technical problem-solving—partnering with customers, Project Managers, Consultants, Product, and Engineering to bring solutions to life.
This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who enjoys both strategy and building—equally comfortable leading a workshop, reviewing APIs, or troubleshooting an integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery, design workshops, and whiteboarding sessions to translate business requirements into scalable Rocketlane solutions
Design end-to-end solution architecture across PSA, CRM, ERP, HRIS, and financial ecosystems
Define configuration standards, integration patterns, and delivery best practices
Provide consultative guidance on advanced use cases and feature strategy
Push back or course-correct when requests conflict with best practices or scalability
Architect and guide integrations between Rocketlane and platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday/HRMS, finance systems, and data platforms
Work hands-on with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO/SAML, and modern integration approaches
Partner with Integration and Data Migration consultants on technical execution
Design data migration strategies and transition plans from legacy PSA/ERP systems
Support complex troubleshooting and unblock escalations
Review and approve solution designs and technical deliverables
Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices to scale delivery
Use AI-assisted tools and scripting to automate validation, testing, and workflow optimization
Mentor consultants and elevate overall technical capability across the practice

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and authentication flows

Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will own the successful delivery of Rocketlane PSA implementations from kickoff through go-live and adoption. You will lead customers and delivery teams through complex onboarding journeys driving clarity, accountability, and momentum at every stage.
This is not a status-reporting role.
You are the quarterback of the engagement: aligning stakeholders, managing risks, guiding decisions, and ensuring customers realize value fast. You’ll balance consultative leadership with operational rigor, keeping projects on track while advising customers on best practices and course-correcting when needed.
This role blends customer-facing consulting, delivery leadership, and business ownership. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Consultants, and Integration specialists to deliver scalable, repeatable outcomes across multiple clients.
